- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not create multiple accounts for the same individual
Account Security

Investment Services
Global Crest Limited provides automated cryptocurrency investment and portfolio management services. By investing through our Platform, you acknowledge that:
- All investments are subject to market risk and capital loss
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Stated ROI rates are targets based on historical performance, not guarantees
- Our algorithms may underperform in extreme market conditions
- Investment returns are credited daily to your account balance

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposits
Minimum deposit is $5 USD equivalent in supported cryptocurrency. Deposits are credited after blockchain confirmation. We accept Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Solana, BNB, XRP, Tron, Dogecoin, Bitcoin Cash, and other listed cryptocurrencies.
Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal at any time. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of request. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amount is $5.
- Withdrawals are sent to the cryptocurrency wallet address you provide
- You are solely responsible for providing the correct wallet address
- Global Crest Limited is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses
- Network transaction fees may apply and will be deducted from your withdrawal
Referral Program
Global Crest Limited offers a referral program that rewards you with 10% commission on the investment deposits made by users you refer to the Platform.
- Referral commissions are credited immediately when your referral makes a deposit
- 15% referral comission required when referral earning is over 10 000 USDT
- Self-referral or abuse of the referral system is strictly prohibited
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
- Referral earnings are subject to standard withdrawal terms
- Fraudulent referral activity will result in account termination and forfeiture of earnings

- Using bots or automated tools to interact with the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and referral of the matter to law enforcement.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding balances will be processed for withdrawal upon account closure, subject to verification requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Crest Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of investment arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
